We have compiled this list of Frequently Asked Questions with the help of many of our valued past guests.
It is our goal to provide you with as much information as possible about our Resort and the local area to assist you in preparation of, and during your stay.

This list of FAQ’s is constantly being updated with answers to questions most commonly asked by our guests.

Can I put extra people in my room?
To add extra people to your room costs $40 per night per person (includes bed hire). Rooms are designed to suit the maximum occupancy using the existing bedding. Some larger style rooms can sleep 1 extra person using a rollaway bed.
However, please note if utilising a rollaway- bed the sleeping arrangement will become very tight. For your comfort we would recommend stepping up to a larger room type.

Do the units have air conditioning?
All of our apartments have reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area. Some apartments also have air-conditioners in bedrooms and some units are also fitted with ceiling fans as an alternative to using the air conditioning. Please advise us at the time of booking so we can try to meet your requirements. 

Do we have to bring our own linen? i.e. pillows, towels, sheets, pool towels?
All linen is provided in the Apartments. Our apartments are not serviced daily, bookings of 8 nights or longer do receive a mid- stay service. All of our apartments do come fully equipped with Laundry facilities for your use during your stay. Should you require extra linen or amenities during your stay we can certainly arrange this for an additional charge.
Pacific Towers Beach Resort provides pool towels at Reception for use during your stay for $5.50 per towel.

Is there public transport?
Within 300 meters is the local bus service stop. Bus 365 takes you to Park Beach Plaza, The Harbour and Jetty Precinct and the CBD.

How far is the Coffs Harbour Airport and Taxi Number?
Approx 6 kms. Taxi 131 008

What is the temperature of the heated outdoor pool?
The resort pool is heated to a temperature of 26 degrees and the spa is heated to 34 degrees. No glass or bottles in this area, only cans or plastic cups or glasses.

What is your check- in procedure?
Upon check-in our friendly reservations team will request proof of photo identification for guest security and full payment of your booking. We also need a valid credit card for security purposes or a $200 cash deposit refundable after a unit check on departure.
This procedure is common amongst the resort and self-contained apartment accommodation industry as they are all individually owned, unlike a Hotel.

Do you have Cot Hire?
Yes we do. Cot hire is $50 for 2 – 7 nights. Please be sure to notify our staff of your cot requirements at the time of making your booking.

Do you have safe secure parking?
Pacific Towers Beach Resort has FREE and secure underground car parking accessed via Ocean parade. A valid room key is required to gain access through the security roller door, no key required to exit. Each apartment has ONE allocated car space, except for the Penthouse.

What facilities are nearby?
There is a small 7/11 convenience store located at Northside shopping Centre 10 minute walk for all those last minute items. A 15 minute walk to Park Beach Plaza with a large Woolworth and Aldi Supermarket, BWS, Terry White Chemist, Coffee shops are located on Arthur Street just a short 5-10 minute walk from Pacific Towers Beach Resort.
Boutique shopping precinct and numerous cuisine dining options to suit all tastes are located in the CBD 4 kms away.

Is your reception open 24 hours?
No, unlike a Hotel, self-contained apartments do not have a 24 hour reception, our reception hours are as follows;

• 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday
• 9.00am – Noon Saturday, 
• Sunday & Public Holidays closed.

In Case of emergency Dial 000. Police (02) 6691 0799. Urgent after hours emergency calls will be directed to the onsite Manager.
Pacific Towers Beach Resort is a secure building, after hour access to the resort after hours requires your room fob to be swiped at the entrances to the resort.

How close is the beach?
Directly opposite Pacific Towers Beach Resort, within 50 metre is beautiful Park Beach.
We all love the beach so prior to entering the foyer ensure your feet and shoes are clean. There is a shower and tap located near the tennis court. We also ask you towel dry before entering the Foyer.
Please take Surfboards, Bikes, Fishing Rods and any other large objects through the Car Park.

Are your apartments close to Coffee Shops and Restaurants?
Pacific Towers Beach Resort is located within a short 5 minute walk to Cafes, Bowls Club and a Hotel/Bottleshop and the Surf Club is 1.5km which caters for breakfast, lunch and dinners.
